Custom Sanitary Clamp Pressure Transmitter
A configurable sanitary pressure transmitter for food, medical, and process equipment, with a flush diaphragm and clamp connection for easier cleaning. Available versions cover -0.1 to 5 MPa with 0.1%, 0.25%, or 0.5% FS accuracy classes and multiple analog or digital outputs.

Integration and commissioning
Connect the selected pressure output to a PLC, local indicator, data logger, or protection circuit. Match the pressure range, reference type, process thread, wetted materials, and electrical connection to the installation.
Verify zero at the installed orientation, confirm loop scaling at more than one test point, and document the configured range, pressure reference, output, and alarm limits.

Define normal pressure, credible excursions, vacuum conditions, and whether gauge, absolute, or sealed reference measurement is required.
